We are a London based collective that specializes in creating a narrative for the hospitality industry since 2007. 



Piers Walker

Having worked in the hospitality industry across Europe and the U.S, Piers has opened some of the most exciting and talked about resorts, hotels, restaurants and bars.

Piers is driven by identifying innovative solutions and ideas that shape today’s marketplace.

Piers created the Ghost Group with the purpose of de-risking capital expenditure by delivering an effective turnkey solution.

Raised in Zambia, educated in the UK and now based in London. A creative and conceptual designer passionate about forging fresh hospitality opportunities.

Projects such as Luxury Resort Daios Cove, Mondrian London (Dandelyan, Rumpus Room, Sea Containers), Dreamland, Sanderson, St Martins Lane.


Cheila Gibbs

Portuguese born, Swiss educated (at École hôtelière de Lausanne), London resident Cheila is a true citizen of the world, having worked in the hospitality industry in several countries, from Austria to the USA.

Cheila helped to develop and open Terry Venables’ La Escondida Hotel in Spain, being a key player in the venue being nominated one of the 15 best new hotels in the world within its first year of trading.

In London, Cheila has opened, managed or transformed some of the most talked-about restaurants, hotels and members clubs, including Allbright Club, Bistro du Vin, Soho House’s Dean Street Townhouse, Pizza East in Shoreditch and Notting Hill, Burger & Lobster and West 36 — to name but a few.

Cheila speaks English, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish and German, something that enables her to understand local culture and lifestyle when working abroad.
